將規(guī)定額定電流2倍的直流電流加于電感器，其電流誤差為±2%,，保持 5 分鐘。
direct current of rating current between inductor terminals , direct current error ±2%, and keep on five minutes.

振幅 1.5mm，頻率 10~55hz，每個(gè)方向保持2小時(shí)。
inductors shall be subjected to vibration of 1.5mm amplitude frequency 10~55hz (10hz to 55hz to 10hz in a period of 1 minute) for 2 hours in each of three(x、y、z) axes.

將電感器放置在于濕度93±3%,溫度50 ±2℃的環(huán)境中存放96±2小時(shí)，經(jīng)過1 小時(shí)的風(fēng)干后進(jìn)行測試。
inductors shall be subjected to 93±3% r.h. at 50±2℃ for 96±2 hours .inductors are to be tested after having air dried for one hou.

電感器不應(yīng)短路或斷路。

fhw-uc/hc 系列產(chǎn)品加額定電流在 125 ±2℃溫度條件下存放1000小時(shí)； fhw-uf/if/qf/hf 系列產(chǎn)品加額定電流在85±2℃溫度條件下存放1000小時(shí)；然后在室溫下放置4小時(shí)后進(jìn)行測試。
fhw-uc/hc series shall be store at 125±2℃ for 1000 hours with rated current applied；
fhw-uf/if/qf/hf series shall be store at 85±2℃ for 1000 hours with rated current applied；
inductors shall be tested after four hours at room temperature.
